Less than an hour's drive from Honolulu International Airport, the North Shore of Oahu is an ideal place to spend your vacation. Directions from Honolulu Int'l Airport (A) to Haleiwa town (B):

1. Head north on Rodgers Blvd toward N Nimitz Hwy
2. Turn left at N Nimitz Hwy
3. Take the I-H1 W/HI-92 W/HI-99 W ramp
4. Keep right at the fork to continue toward I-H1 W
5. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-H1 W/Aiea/Pearl City and merge onto I-H1 W
6. Take exit 8A to merge onto I-H2 N toward Wahiawa/Mililani
7. Take exit 8 toward Wahiawa
8. Merge onto S Kamehameha Hwy
9. Turn left at Kamehameha Hwy
10. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto HI-83/Kamehameha Hwy heading to Haleiwa
    

Directions from Haleiwa to Sunset Beach:

1. Once you get to Haleiwa drive pass the famous Haleiwa bridge and turn left at the light onto Kamehameha Hwy
2. After you turn left on the light stay on Kamehameha Hwy
3. As you follow Kamehameha Hwy you will come across the many famous surf spots along the way
4. The first spot you will see will be Laniakea (turtle beach)
5. There are no sign for the surf spots, so you will have to ask around as you make your way into the North Shore View Map
